This graduation ceremony is an intimate event where you will join your graduating class and faculty to receive individual recognition for your accomplishments. The Convocation will include the following festivities:
- Your name will be read.
- Your photograph will be taken.
- Doctoral candidates will be honored on stage.
- Light reception following the ceremony in the tent located in the grass field across from Henry’s Diner.

The Convocation will be held in the Louis Brown Athletic Center (RAC) on the Livingston Campus (see map), Date and Time TBD.

Please arrive no later than 9:00 a.m. to make certain you have time to get a photography card and find your place in line.
When you complete your Diploma Application, you are asked if you will be attending the School of Graduate Studies Convocation on May 17th at the RAC.
You may bring as many guests as you wish to the Convocation
Parking will be free and available near the Louis Brown Athletic Center (RAC) in the Yellow Lot. Our Convocation does not require hangtags. Please note that (free) hangtags are required for Commencement on Sunday, May 19, 2019.
