1 EDGE Bootcamps (Years 1-3)
Summer preparation for the academic year ahead, with training
in data analysis, scientific communication, mentoring, and
wellness.
2 EDGE Workshops + MSD Course (Years 1-3)
Optional participation through the 1-credit Maximizing Student
Development course (16:718:515:01).
3 EDGE Seminar Series + Annual Symposium (All Years)
Professional opportunities to present research throughout the
year and each spring at the EDGE Symposium.
4 EDGE Coaching + Mentoring (All Years)
Support through the EDGE Individual Development Plan (EDGEIDP),
plus optional coaching from certified professional coaches.
5 EDGE Community Events (All Years)
Informal gatherings, networking events, and shared celebrations
that foster belonging and connection
