iJOBS is joining forces with the New Jersey, New York and Toronto BioPharma Networking Groups (BPNG) to offer an informal and beneficial virtual networking opportunity! There will be many professionals, alumni and current students/postdocs in attendance to meet and network with in breakout rooms.  You will learn how easy and low-key networking can be so you don’t stress about it.  BPNG is a not-for-profit, all-inclusive life and health science professional community that actively promotes the "real power" of networking. They are collaborators, peers and mentors all looking to support each other at ALL career stages and our region in the spirit of innovation and growth.

Rutgers PhD alum Norell Hadzimichalis, PhD will share her experiences as a licensing associate in the tech transfer and business development office at Rutgers which then led to a position at RB as the Head of Global Open Innovation and Partnerships followed by the Director of Pain and Cardio Global R&D at Bayer.  You will learn how to transfer your skills from an academic setting to industry and move up the ladder to a director position.
