What to consider when looking for and choosing a postdoc position …come hear from a panel of speakers who will share their perspective and advice on how to approach a postdoc search.

We will learn the answer to these questions and more:

  • When should you start the search for a PI?
  • How do you approach that search?
  • What aspects of a PI and institution are important to consider?
  • What do you need to prepare for the interview?
  • What questions should you ask current and former lab members?
  • Do these answers differ if I have a specific career in mind?

This event is open to graduate students and postdocs. Sponsored by the School of Graduate Studies and the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs.
