Event Description

Come hear from a representation of the many female faculty at Rutgers who are successfully running biology research labs, teaching, performing university service and keeping a balanced life. Approximately 52% of PhD students the life sciences are women, but only about 40% of postdocs, 36% of assistant professors, and 18% of full professors in biology are women (Sheltzer and Smith 2014).
