Imagine you had an expired tube of topical antibiotic (truthfully, most of us currently do) and you needed to decide if you should throw it away or give it to a friend who needs to use it. It’s an easy decision, right? You only need to consult yourself and possibly your friend, and if you decide to throw it away you have only lost a few dollars.
iJOBS has been invited to participate in The Science to Medicine Forum at Regeneron. The event offers NY metropolitan area academic institutions an opportunity to bring a group of trainees to visit Regeneron for a day of invigorating scientific exchange, and to hear more about Regeneron’s environment and programs. Here are some relevant FAQs. Q: Can attendees submit abstracts to share their data?A: Yes. All attendees are welcome to submit abstracts but if we get more submissions than we can accommodate, we will review the abstracts and invite some of the submitters to either give oral presentations or bring a poster.Q: What will the day consist of?A: In addition to scientific talks and posters from participants, there will be opportunities to tour Regeneron’s laboratories, gather information about jobs and fellowships at Regeneron, and interact with Regeneron scientists and postdoctoral fellows.
