Event Description
To be successful in industry research you need to shift your mindset from individual-driven research in academia to a team-oriented approach in pharma that prioritizes collective success over individual achievements. Joanna Ghayad who spent many years in Medical Affairs in pharma companies including Bristol Myers Squibb and is now a coach for industry professionals will give an introduction to the drug discovery process and the specific roles on the cross functional team that contributes to the advancement of novel therapeutics into patients. She will help you learn to present yourself as someone knowledgeable about the team-oriented drug discovery process in job interviews.
