Consulting is a stimulating career that uses may of the skills you gain while earning your PhD. Join us to learn how our alumni have transitioned straight from the bench into this exciting and fast-paced career and what types of projects they are currently working on. The panelists will include:

Event Description

Note: this is a two day in-person workshop and both days are required.

Coding skills are now critical from many different job functions and this is your chance to build up that part of your resume even if you have never coded before. During this hands-on workshop you will learn Shell Computing, GitHub, and programming for data analysis and visualization with R. This workshop is great for people who have never had any programming experience before and also for those who want to improve their skills.

March 17 and 18 from 9am-5pm each day
