Rutgers PhD alum Norell Hadzimichalis, PhD will share her experiences as a licensing associate in the tech transfer and business development office at Rutgers which then led to a position at RB as the Head of Global Open Innovation and Partnerships followed by the Director of Pain and Cardio Global R&D at Bayer.
