The School of Graduate Studies is now accepting applications from master's and doctoral students in SGS to join the 2023 SGS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Graduate Student Advisory Committee.

SGS SUPER-GRAD fellow Jennifer Guzman Pachardo was awarded the prestigious and highly competitive National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship in the 2022 award cycle. Jennifer is a Summer 2018 RISE alum and 2021-2022 SUPER-GRAD fellow.

Graduate Students Gather for Mentoring for Social Justice and Community-Building Orientation

In September, the five graduate student mentors participating in the 2022-23 cohort with the Mentoring for Social Justice and Community-Building Project gathered with program staff for a day-long mentor orientation on Douglass campus.

The School of Graduate Studies and Douglass Residential College are delighted to introduce the cohort of graduate student mentors participating in the inaugural Mentoring for Social Justice and Community-Building Project.

The School of Graduate Studies and Douglass Residential College were awarded an IDEA Innovation Grant through the Division of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement (DICE) to support the inaugural Mentoring for Social Justice and Community-Building Project during the 2022-2023 academic year.

The Mentoring for Social Justice and Community-Building Project (sponsored by the School of Graduate Studies and Douglass Residential College) is now accepting applications from master’s and doctoral students across disciplinary areas in the School of Graduate Studies (SGS) to mentor Douglass undergraduates in AY 2022-23.
