This IN-PERSON workshop, brought to you by faculty and staff of the Rutgers Active Learning Community, introduces the fundamentals of active learning to instructors and serves as an entry point for those looking to integrate it into their teaching. Instructional experts discuss the pedagogic underpinnings of collaboration-based learning that should inform course design, class management, and more.

On March 12 at 3 PM, the Rutgers School of Graduate Studies Research Café will feature two compelling research presentations by Ph.D. candidates Salvador Guzmán Villegas and Yunhee Shim. This event, part of the ongoing interdisciplinary series, will provide a platform for graduate students to share their research and engage in scholarly discussions.

Join us for a presentation by Daniel Gordin, PhD, retired pharmaceutical executive and current regulatory affairs consultant, as he discusses the development pathway of an investigational drug from the bench-top to FDA review, including key considerations during the FDA review process. Dr. Gordin will also present a case study on the Bridging Strategy, which addresses changes in the formulation of an experimental drug during its development. This seminar will give you invaluable first-hand insight to the pharmaceutical drug development process.
