Program Description

The Master of Business and Science (MBS) degree Life Sciences track combines business courses with a concentration within Personal Care Science, Drug Discovery and Development, Biotechnology and Genomics, Global Food Technology and Innovation, and more.

In addition to a uniquely blended degree, students have the opportunity to take advantage of executive coaching, networking events, mentorships, internships and externships, and hands-on experiential learning.

Biomedical Engineering

Program Description

The Biomedical Engineering Graduate Program is intended for promising students aiming to make original contributions to the field of biomedical engineering. We offer degrees that reflect individual student goals from career advancement to research-intensive. Our students receive outstanding graduate-level training from among six critical areas of biomedical engineering and technology, including: 
•    Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering

Stem Cell Biology

Program Description

Certificate Programs are designed for students who wish to take courses to achieve a concentration in a particular subject area without undertaking the full commitment of a master's degree. Potential students might want to enter or further a career in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, teaching, journalism or administration.

Latin American Studies

Program Description

Graduate students seeking to strengthen their area expertise are encouraged to earn a certificate in Latin American studies in conjunction with an advanced degree in any Rutgers graduate program. Candidates demonstrate expertise in Latin American studies through their graduate or professional field, but are also encouraged to pursue interdisciplinary studies to enhance their professional development.
