The virtual panel on Careers in STEM was held on 4/8/2022, hosted by Rutgers-Newark's Department of Psychology Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and sponsored by the IDEA Innovation grant and iJOBS. ImaginePhD is a free online career exploration and planning tool for PhD students and postdoctoral scholars in the humanities and social sciences. This workshop will focus on how Humanities and social sciences PhD students can use the tools and resources on this platform to:

•           assess their career-related skills, interests, and values

•           create self-defined goals
