Clinical and Translational Science – M.S.

About Registration at Rutgers

All students must complete a registration form in order to enroll in any course associated with this Masters degree.  All registration forms must be signed by the Senior Associate Dean of the School of Graduate Studies at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Dr. James Millonig.

To expedite registration, you can download and fill out the registration form (Link to Academic Forms) and then fax it to the SGS office at (732) 235-4720 for signature.

Course Registration for Fall Semester:  July 15 -- August 1

Course Registration for Spring Semester:  November 15 -- December 1

Please note that once registered, a student may withdraw from a course without penalty if a completed withdrawal form is submitted to the registrar within 10 academic days from the start of the course.  An academic day is defined as a day that SGS classes are in session, i.e., excludes holidays, weekends, and days that Rutgers is officially closed due to inclement weather or other conditions that necessitate emergency curtailment of operations. Please view the SGS student handbook for additional information regarding registration.

For CTS trainees registering for School of Public Health (SPH) courses, please fill out this Exchange Registration form. All SPH courses start with a PHCO. Please send the completed form to Dr. Millonig to sign.  He will then forward them to the SGS registrar, who will then communicate with the SPH registrar. Please do not contact SPH registrar directly.
